Il Borgo del Nibbio

At the Borgo del Nibbio we have eight lovely and comfortable apartments which have been recently renovated. We are located 40 Km. from Venice, 20 Km. from Chioggiaand 16 Km.from the racetrack of Adria. We are only 3 Km. from the sea and inside an elegant Residence. We are in a beautiful park, with large trees, a well-tended lawn and a nice pool for adults and children.

You have a choice of apartments to accommodate 3 to 5 people. Each apartment has a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a patio for outdoor living. You can choose to stay here any time of the year, since each apartment has heat and air conditioning.

If you like outdoor cooking, you have a grill at your disposal and a rustic wooden table to enjoy a lovely picnic in the open air.

We are only 50 meters from a marina. The Holiday houses of the Borgo del Nibbio are convenient for people who require a mooring for their own boat, or for a rented boat, and like to fish or explore inside the Park.

For those who love motorcycle or car races, they are only a few kilometers away at the Autodromo di Adria, where many racing events take place over the course of the year.

Our Offers

Beds for 3 to 5 occupants. Each apartment has a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, patio/balcony, heat and A/C.

Private mooring

There are a limited number of moorings at a small dock a few meters from the residence

Area Barbeque

The residence has an area in the park which is available to grill food for those who love to eat in the open.

Pool and beach

Our guests have the choice to either relax at the pool inside the residence or to enjoy a beach which is only a five minute away.

We offer advice and help in deciding what activities to engage in, or destinations to visit during your stay.

We are open all year long

We never close! This may be important for those who would like to see the changes in this marvelous place during the whole year.
