Apartment Layout

The apartment (65 sq^. meters) is on the first floor and has 2 levels. It has a private entrance and a balcony. The lower level has a living area, a fireplace, a kitchen, an oven, a table, chairs, a flat screen TV and a double size sofa bed. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink and shower. A wooden staircase/ladder provides access to the upper level, which has a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and other equipment to facilitate independent living. The unit has both heat and A/C. All the windows have screens. The patio is large enough to have an eating area for breakfast or dinner in the open.
